EmailLevel 3 Sex Offender to Move to Mounds View Community
A Level 3 predatory offender is moving into the Mounds View community.
The offender is 33-year-old Matthew John Lyngen of Mounds View. He will live on the 4000 block of Glenhaven Lane.
According to the Mounds View Police Department, Level 3 offenders are the most likely to reoffend.
To help inform the community and address concerns, a notification meeting will take place at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, July 10, at the Mounds View Community Center on Edgewood Drive. A panel of experts will be available to answer questions.
