DNR: Extra Debris, High Water on Minn. Rivers

The Department of Natural Resources is warning people that if you're heading out to the water this weekend, the levels are high, the current is fast and there's lots of extra debris.
Those conditions are the result of all the rain and storms we've had in the metro area - and they will surprise most people if they haven't been on the water much this summer.
The DNR is reminding people to have life jackets on while out on the water.
