The final report on what caused cables to fail on the Sabo Pedestrian Bridge in Minneapolis came out Friday.
City and county officials already got a project summary earlier this month that said wind-induced vibrations snapped some cables supporting the bridge. The full report has more technical details and data.
The bridge was closed from February until earlier this month.
