Summer Olympics Facebook Page

It will be easier to connect with your favorite athletes this summer during the Olympic Games.

Facebook has launched its official ‘London Olympics Page’.

It's available in 22 languages and brings together hundreds of athletes and national teams. You'll be able to connect with household names like swimmer Michael Phelps.

Some countries won't be represented on the site. Team China is missing because Facebook is banned there.

Teacher Lesson Plans

Teachers in Minnesota and across the country are becoming more tech savvy and students are benefiting from it.

The American Federation of Teachers will launch 'Share My Lesson' this August. The free service allows teachers to access, review and discuss lesson plans online.

The site is expected to have more than 100,000 user-generated materials.

Depression and Internet Usage Study

Your Internet browsing habits could hint at the state of your mental health.

A new study looked at 216 under-grads, and  30% of those students were clinically depressed. The depressed students spent more time online, especially late at night.

They viewed more social networks, health, and gambling sites.

The study's authors hope to apply their findings to create software that would detect warning signs of depression.

OSHA App

The first day of summer is here and there is app to keep you safe for when the heat becomes dangerous.

OSHA launched an app aimed at keeping workers safe in the heat.

It shows the current heat index, then uses that information to calculate the worker's risk of injury and shows the steps needed to stay healthy.

The app is free and available on Android and iPhone
