Summer Festivals Around the Twin Cities

nullBurnsville

The Wednesday in the Park Concert Series, sponsored by ISD 191 Community Education and the City of Burnsville is back for its 35th year.

Concerts are scheduled to be held outdoors at the Civic Center Amphitheater with a rain location at Nicollet Jr. High. Please bring a non-perishable food item donation to exchange for a Pepsi-product soft drink. Shows start at 7:00 p.m.

Also, visit Market Fest for fresh produce, hand-crafted artisan items and a summer filled with weekly themed activities, concerts and entertainment are featured as part of  this community favorite event held on Wednesdays at Central Park’s Festival Grounds and Eagan Rotary Band Shell at the Eagan Community Center from June 13- September 26. 

Elk River

The Sherburne County Fair is set to take place July 19- 22. There is always something to do with events including concerts, donkey races, and a demolition derby.

Isanti

Minneapolis

The Slice of Shoreview festival will take place July 27-29 at Island Lake County Park.

A parade is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. and fireworks are also planned for Saturday, July 28.

White Bear Lake

Marketfest takes place from June 14 to July 26 every Thursday evening from 6:00-9:00 p.m. rain or shine. Food, crafts, and live entertainment will all be available.

Vadnais Heights

Enjoy fun for all ages at the 2012 Heritage Days Celebration.
