Pine City Post Office Renamed for Fallen Minn. Marine

Legislation signed into law by President Obama this week honors a Minnesota Marine killed in the line of duty.
Master Sgt. Daniel Fedder was by an improvised explosive device in August 2010 while serving in Afghanistan. Under legislation signed Tuesday, the post office in Fedder's home town of Pine City will be renamed the "Master Sergeant Daniel L. Fedder Post Office."
Fedder, 34, was a 16-year veteran of the Marine Corps.
The legislation was introduced by Rep. Chip Cravaack and co-sponsored by every member of Minnesota's Congressional delegation.
