U of M Hosts Lecture on Cold War, Vladimir Putin
History buffs are welcome to attend a course about the end of the Cold War and the regime of Vladimir Putin.
The University of Minnesota’s College of Continuing Education is hosting a two-session course about this period in history. The program corresponds with the 20th anniversary of the end of the Cold War as well as the Russian presidential elections this March.
The course is from 7-9 p.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at the Continuing Education and Conference Center. It costs $80 to attend.
