New Groups Speak Out Against HMO Budget Proposal

Minnesota's largest HMOs are coming under new criticism for a plan that outlines cuts in health care for the poor, elderly and those with disabilities.

Two health care providers also participated in drafting the plan, which 5 EYEWITNESS News uncovered about two weeks ago.

Since the story aired, the plan has been finalized and the Minnesota Dental Association has joined a growing list of practitioners voicing opposition.
