STATUS: Full Time, Hourly
QUALIFICATIONS:

Two-year degree or equivalent experience
-
Minimum of two years in benefits, HR, HRIS, payroll, or related area
-
Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
-
Excellent written and oral communication skills
-
Strong analytical and PC skills (including software knowledge of Exec, Word, and
-
Access)
-
Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and/or confidential information in a professional manner
DUTIES:
-
Update and audit eligibility records
-
Respond to employee inquiries on all benefit issues; research and document conversations/processes; work with carriers to resolve issues
-
Administer COBRA in-house
-
Reconcile and prepare monthly billings for all health and welfare plans
-
Assist with Open Enrollment planning, logistics, and communications. Audit self-service data entry and send out follow up communications if appropriate
-
Identify and assist with resolving any issues with employees, carriers and vendors
-
Serve as a resource of other HBI companies on benefit issues and procedures
-
Conduct benefit orientation for Twin Cities location and provide adequate orientation materials for all other locations
-
Enter HR and payroll data into HRIS system. Audit benefit data entered via self-service.

Conduct required audits, and identify and resolve data issues to maintain system integrity

Conduct appropriate audits to ensure accuracy of data
