SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8:30a-5:30p, Occasional evenings and weekends

STATUS: Full Time, Salaried

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience working in a sale environment
• Computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and the internet
• A pleasant, customer service oriented style face-to-face, over the phone and electronically
• Must be competitive, possess a positive attitude, be highly disciplined and passion to win
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, high attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills required
• Candidates must be highly disciplined and proactive
• Knowledge of the Twin Cities area, reliable transportation, a valid driver's license and a safe driving history (driving record will be checked)
• Commitment to customer focused selling

DUTIES:

• Prospect, identify, and qualify advertising clients
• Develop new business
• Prepare and deliver customer focused sales presentations
• Handle copy, collections, and client relations
• Generate and analyze qualitative and quantitative research data
• Service existing accounts
• Provide excellent customer service
