Minneapolis/Saint Paul, MN – 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS, KSTP-TV has won the National Emmy Award for “Outstanding Regional News Story - Spot News” for their coverage of the 35W Bridge Collapse in 2007. 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS was the only Minnesota news outlet to be recognized with a National Emmy this year. This is the first National Emmy Award 5 EYEWITNESS NEWS has received.
