Meet Jessica
Rusty Gatenby met 14-year-old Jessica at Valley Fair.
She was a little nervous about riding one of the rollercoasters, but she hopped on the ride.
Jessica likes to sing gospel and R-and-B and she likes the additional privileges she's earned as a teenager.
She's been in foster care since she was a young girl and would like a family of her own.
