Meet Tristen, Who Knows How to Stay Cool
In this Thursday's Child, Rusty Gatenby introduces Tristen, a 12-year-old who knows how to stay cool at Valley Fair.
Tristen is getting ready to start the seventh grade. She likes math and geography.
She's been in foster care for three years, but thinks about adoption a lot.
Tristen said, "I do and sometimes I don't because I get a little nervous."
