Meet 8-Year-Old Andrew
Eight-year-old Andrew is having a busy summer. He's been fishing and swimming and he recently took a trip to Valley Fair with Rusty Gatenby.
The pair took a spin on the bumper cars.
Right now he's in foster care but he's hoping to find a mom and dad to help him drive through life.
