It's a growing problem that has the attention of the National Transportation Safety Board and Congress--are pilots who fly for regional airlines rested enough to be safe?

The Federal Aviation Administration has been urged for decades to make rule changes that pilots believe will help reduce fatigue cases and make life safer.
