7 Day Forecast
After a wet couple of days, today has been a breath of fresh air. All it took was a little sunshine to get high temperatures to climb into the upper 70s to low 80s, which is average for this time of the year. Don’t forget, tomorrow is the Summer Solstice at 5:07 AM, which means we’ll have the longest period of daylight for the entire year. Tomorrow night we could see a few showers develop, with a slight chance for lingering showers or thunderstorms into Friday, but the chance will remain very small.
It still looks as though the weekend will be mainly dry, with mostly sunny skies, and temperatures climbing into the low 80s both Saturday and Sunday. Early next week starts out a little wet, with showers and thunderstorms becoming likely by Monday night and Tuesday. After that moves through, get ready for some more heat! Temperatures should climb back into the upper 80s to low 90s by the middle to the end of next week. Keep the air conditioner tuned up!
The winds should be northeasterly at 5 mph tonight and easterly at 5-10 mph on Thursday.
